Some people with complex needs will be referred to treatment in a residential or in-patient service. These services can only be accessed through an assessment service.

Specialist Community Addictions Service (SCAS)
Access to in-patient detoxification for those with severe drug problems.

Drug and Alcohol Team
For people with severe drug problems, who have not benefited sufficiently from treatment in the community and may need residential rehabilitation.

Drugs Recovery Project
Provided by English Churches Housing Group and Luther Street Medical Centre. Residential rehabilitation and medical treatment, including detoxification and substitute prescribing, for rough sleepers and homeless people; their dogs also accepted.

Ley Community
An intensive therapeutic residential rehabilitation programme, which helps individuals return to society and lead purposeful lives. Aftercare support also provided.
